After you extract the zip file, create a shortcut of lynx.exe file (should look like a normal windows DOS file) on your desktop (select the file, click on the right mouse button and click “Send To” desktop). Once you created the shortcut, it’s ready to operate. Go to your desktop and double click on the shortcut lynx.exe icon. Since at the very beginning it will open Google homepage, the browser will ask you twice if you want to accept cookies that Google will try to send you.
