Forbidden Google Adsense Layouts

I come across many websites where i see this adsense layout or format that are seriously violating Adsense terms and policy. But so far Adsense didn’t banned these account nor these webmasters changed their adsense style. So, is it possible to use these forbidden Google Adsense layout to increase your Click-Through-Ratio or CTR?
Don’t worry i won’t published the website/blog name or URL. You might find your website or blogs screenshot below but trust me i am not the one you should be worrying about. Here are the screenshots of these forbidden Google Adsense layouts:

These adsense layouts will definitely increase your CTR because human eyes are more attracted to colorful visual images than typical mono color text. As i said earlier, all these Adsense ads are breaking Google Adsense Policy (see adsense policy “Encouraging clicks” section):
- May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks
- May not place misleading images alongside individual ads
If you notice one of these publisher is using Google Adsense Premium account. This individual is using special javascript to load different images for every pageload. Not only that, the specific java is also stop showing the adsense ads based on some variables (example: filtered ads). This is strictly against Adsense terms since publishers cannot modify adsense code in any way.
But, now the question is why these Google Adsense accounts are not canceled by Google? Is Google scare to show that their click fraud is actually more than 2% to advertisers? Or they are scared to lose big chunk of high profile adsense publishers?

Wow, those are some really creative publishers that will do anything just to get a few more clicks (or maybe more). I for one don’t have the talent or even want to do what they are doing. Nice post.
