Pool.com Bad Backorder Service

Pool.com is one of the well known domain name related websites that offers domain auction, domain backorder, domain appraisal and so on. I know many of you have bad experiences with many online based companies like your web hosting company, payment process company and sometimes even Google.
I recently backordered a domain name for one of my clients from Pool.com. This is my first time using their service because i always stick with my own web hosting company for any domain or hosting related issues.
I backordeded the domain almost a month ago and fortunately i was able to get the domain after the domain deletion period. The domain name expired and acquired on July 26th 2007 according to my backorder. So, Pool.com send me an e-mail by letting me know that “I won the domain” and they will send me detail information on how to manage the domain name within 24-48 hours.
After 48 hours when i didn’t hear anything from them, i send them an e-mail asking how long will it take and what is the real situation for the domain name. I only received a auto generated reply from Pool.com saying that they received my inquiry and they will response within 24-48 hours. I waited another 48 hours and i didn’t hear anything from them through e-mail.
Finally on August 1st i decided to call Pool.com. After 4 minutes of waiting a agent received my call and ensured me that i will be able to manage the domain next day and they will send me an e-mail regarding domain management information. But when no response has received till August 2nd afternoon, i decided to call them for the final time.
Again 3 minutes of waiting period the same agent received the call (need not to mention that you can easily tell he is an amature and he is working from his home). This time he told me that the person who is suppose to do the domain pushing is not available. This time i could not control my anger and told them if they do not provide me and my client the control of the acquired domain within 48 hours, we will cancel our payment.
Lets hear your bad experience with any online companies.
